Strengths
Gives a feeling of satisfaction
If you can’t find strengths, students will question your identification of weaknesses
Positive reinforcement does more then suggestions for improvement

*Weaknesses
Readily apparent
Leads to suggestions for improvement
If you don’t have suggestions for improvement, they do not have that weakness
Limit to 3 items
Could lead to frustration

Pin-point major weakness
Suggest Remedy for major weakness

Identify major Strengths
Identify max of 3 weaknesses
Suggest remedies
